Strength Conditioning
At its simplest form is the practical application of sports science to enhance movement quality. It is grounded in evidence-based research and physiology of exercise and anatomy. We all move and therefore we can all benefit from a better quality of movement.
Swimming
This is an individual or team racing sport that requires the use of one's entire body to move through water be it in an indoor pool or open water. Although it is possible for swimmers to incur several injuries from the sport, there are also multiple health benefits associated with the sport.
Cycling
Cycling is widely regarded as a very effective and efficient mode of transportation optimal for short to moderate to very long distances. Cycling is vastly used in recreation, exercise or sport. There are also a multiple of health benefits associated to cycling. It is also used for rehabilitation purposes should an athlete have incurred an injury through running for example.
Running
The term running can refer to any of a variety of speeds ranging from jogging to sprinting. Running in humans is associated with improved health and life expectancy. Running is one of your highest impact sports and therefore requires the utmost respect and thorough guidance before commencing a programme.
